Also this year, the Hotel Regina Adelaide joins Fish & Chef, the most important gastronomic event in the Garda region, now in its fifth edition. Italian and international Michelin Starred Chefs are invited to express their personality by interpreting the best products of Lake Garda.

This year, Alberto Tonizzo from starred restaurant “Al Ferarùt” Rivignano (Udine) will be hosted by ANDREA COSTANTINI, Executive Chef at the REGINA ADELAIDE and at the REGIO PATIO, the Hotel Gourmet Restaurant.

…this is the belief of chef Alberto Tonizzo that leads the family restaurant as the fourth generation, a cuisine that expresses itself through modern technology and strict lifestyle before being a job... a dish becomes something that goes beyond a simple sensorial experience, as the dish becomes at the same time an extraordinary vehicle of atavistic emotions.
