Cancellation policy

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrival anytime after 2 p.m. (Arrival possible also in the morning if the room is available)

Departure within 11:30 a.m. (late check-out on request)

PAYMENT

Following credit carts are admitted: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO

We do not accept checks.

RESERVATION

To guarantee the booking the Hotel can be required credit card details on which can be raised a deposit or the claim to charge a pre-authorization.

The offers and prices that are identified or labeled as NOT REFUNDABLE require the full payment in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 In the event of a cancellation, the customer must pay compensation, by way of penalty, the following percentages of the total stay according to the conditions specified at the time of booking:

A – STANDARD

• 0% if the cancellation is notified within 21 days prior to arrival;
• 50% if the cancellations between 20 and 3 days prior to arrival;
• 100% if the cancellation is communicated to 2 days before arrival or no show, with the minimum corresponding to the price of one night.

B – FREE CANCELLATION

• 0% if the cancellation is notified within 3 days prior to arrival;
• 100% if the cancellation is communicated to 2 days before arrival or no show, with the minimum corresponding to the price of one night.

C – NOT REFUNDABLE

• 100% of the total stay
