BOOKING and CANCELLATION

A prepayment of €545 (of which €150 deposit) is required for booking. Cancellations may be presented up to 30 days before the event, otherwise resulting in a loss of the €150 deposit and a refund of €395. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Cancellations by the organizer will be fully refunded the total amount paid by the guest. The organizer reserves the right to cancel for serious and proven reasons up to one day before the event. In the event of early departure or late arrival (for any reason) of the participant, no refunds will be made.
