PARCO NATURA VIVA [25 minutes drive from the hotel - MAP]
An important conservation center for endangered species, the park extends over 42 hectares and is home to 1,500 specimens of 200 different animal species. It offers various itineraries, including the safari, to be explored by car to discover African species, the wildlife park, for pedestrians, which displays species from all 5 continents, the Extinction Park, to be explored on foot, dedicated to prehistoric animals, reproduced in life-size.
PARCO GIARDINO SIGURTÀ [30 minutes drive from the hotel - MAP]
Spread across 60 hectares, the park is home to countless naturalistic and historical attractions: from the million tulips to be admired between March and April (the most important flowering in Italy and the richest in Southern Europe), to the lush 1 km-long avenue of roses. You'll also find an extraordinary geometric labyrinth lined with yew trees; 18 ponds filled with water lilies and lotus flowers; and vast green lawns. The educational farm, aimed at families and schools, is also fun. From March to November, the park also offers a rich calendar of events for all ages.
NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM inside the SCALIGERO CASTLE of MALCESINE [35 minutes drive from the hotel- MAP]
The evocative Scaligero Castle of Malcesine offers, within the Casermetta building, a small but interesting museum that aims to present the natural history of Garda with easy-to-understand and highly evocative displays; it is spread over 9 rooms, 4 of which are in the basement, dedicated to local fauna, flora and geology. The museum was completely renovated in 2008 under the coordination of the scientific staff of the Civic Museum of Natural History of Verona.

NOVEZZINA BOTANICAL GARDEN [40 minutes drive from the hotel - MAP]
In the municipality of Ferrara di Monte Baldo, at an altitude of 1232 meters, 20,000 square meters dedicated to typical plants and flowers of Baldo await you. The botanical garden collects hundreds of native species, recreating environments and microsystems as similar as possible to real ones. For stargazers, there's also an astronomical observatory, where Veronese astronomers organize evenings to discover the wonders of space.

MOLINA WATERFALLS PARK [45 minutes drive from the hotel - MAP]
In addition to impressive waterfalls of various sizes and dimensions, the park offers a landscape rich in woods, meadows, streams and rivers. There are three routes inside: one lasting 30 minutes, one lasting 1 hour and one lasting 2.5 hours. The town that hosts the park takes its name from the numerous mills powered by the springs.

In a former industrial area of approximately 19,000 square meters, the famous architect Renzo Piano has designed an innovative science museum. The only Italian center to earn an honorable mention at the European Museum of the Year Awards 2015, it offers engaging museum education and is a renowned center for reflection on the relationship between nature and humanity. Numerous workshops for children are planned throughout the year.
GARDA ISLAND [60 min from the hotel, car + ferry - MAP]
Located on the Brescia shore, just a few feet from San Felice del Benaco, the island owes its charm to the extraordinary neo-Gothic villa designed by architect Luigi Rovelli in the early 1900s: an imposing, harmonious construction, rich in surprising architectural details. At its feet, terraces and Italian gardens slope down to the lake. All around the vegetation is lush, with native and exotic plants. MINCIO PARK [60 minutes drive from the hotel - MAP]
Covering approximately 16,000 hectares, the park encompasses protected nature reserves and notable architectural and artistic elements such as the sanctuary of Santa Maria delle Grazie, the Gonzaga residence of Bosco Fontana, and numerous villas from the Gonzaga era. It is crossed by the Mantua-Peschiera cycle path which winds for almost 40 km, part of which runs alongside the Mincio River. VARONE WATERFALLS [60 minutes drive from the hotel - MAP]
The name "Varone" originates from the hamlet of the same name a short distance from Riva del Garda. The waterfall reaches the valley after a drop of 98 meters and is created by underground leaks from Lake Tenno, which enters the mountain for a short stretch. Its roar, combined with the vaporized water, creates a particularly evocative atmosphere. A spectacular walkway leads into the gorge right up to the waterfall.
BOTANICAL GARDEN - HELLER FOUNDATION [60 min drive + ferry from the hotel - MAP]
A little corner of paradise nestled between nature and art, this refined park features plants from all over the world and sculptures by contemporary artists such as Roy Lichtenstein and Keith Haring. Among ponds covered with water lilies and inhabited by giant Koi carp, flights of butterflies and dragonflies, streams and Zen water games, some areas of the park also invite meditation.
