For the third year in a row we had the honor of participating as a jury in the selections of Emergente Sala, the renowned award dedicated to Sala professionals under 30 organized by food critics Luigi Cremona and Lorenza Vitali.

In conjunction with the 32nd edition of the Merano Wine Festival, at the Istituto de Florian in Merano the jury made up of journalists and experts in the sector met to support the "Oral Test". At the end, the Award Ceremony took place in the spectacular Kursaal hall coinciding with the closing of the festival.

EMERGENTE is a format that includes a series of competitions reserved for young talents under 30 in the catering and hospitality sector, including in addition to EmergenteSala, also EmergentePizza, EmergenteChef, EmergentePastry. In almost 20 years of competitions it has launched many talents who have now become the undisputed protagonists of the sector. The selection of competitors is made exclusively on merit.
