This year too, the 2026 Italian Restaurant Guide has dedicated a wonderful review to us, renewing the prestigious 2 Forks recognition and increasing our score to 86 points out of 100 (44 cuisine, 17 cellar, 25 service).

An excellent result, which once again demonstrates the appreciation of one of Italy's leading food guides; this year, the guide lists 2,600 establishments across the peninsula, awarding a maximum score of 97 points.

Our yearly growth in ratings confirms that the commitment we all make every day to ensure research, hospitality, and a smile always bears fruit.
