On Monday 27 October, at the Palazzo della Ragione in Padua, in the presence of the Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy Adolfo Urso, the president of FIPE national and FIPE Veneto, we received the recognition for the third time “Land of Venice - Veneto Food Excellence”.

The ceremony, preceded by a roundtable discussion on the "States General of Italian Catering," celebrated 38 gastronomic excellences from the Veneto region; we're proud to be part of this extremely limited selection again this year.

This last month also saw us receive the “cuisine that honours the territory” award given by Venezie a Tavola and confirm the 2 forks in the Gambero Rosso Guide, further increasing the score (86).

A special thank you to all our kitchen, dining, cellar, and reception staff: full steam ahead, folks! Towards ever new goals.
