On October 25th, Andrea Costantini was invited to attend the elegant "The Blind Taste" lunch at the Michelin-starred restaurant "Il Sereno al Lago" in Torno (CO). The event, organized in support of Restaurants Against Hunger, brought together 12 leading chefs in a unique culinary experience: no menus were offered in advance, and no view of the dishes was possible. The experience was guided solely by taste, smell, and texture.
Andrea presented one of the dishes currently on the Garda 100% menu: Grilled Garronese tongue, mango and 'nduja, an elegant combination of Venetian Garronese tongue (beef raised on the slopes of Monte Baldo), mango, 'nduja and fresh herb pesto.
We were happy to participate in this fun and imaginative cooking format for an important cause.
