The food we prepare and serve expresses an identity that dates back to the first half of the 1900s in our families’ restaurants. Memories of taste that, handed down by generations, today define our dishes.
Our aim has always been to create authentic flavours, and we believe that the only way to guarantee this is to use excellent ingredients, so we personally take part in their selection. Then come manual skills, unhurried preparation, attention to seasonal products and attention to the latest evolutions in cooking. All this is curated by our chef Andrea Costantini.
