"We recommend two tasting menus: “Garda 100%” and “Orto” in the regular 8-course version and short 4-course version. Alternatively, if you prefer, you’re free to create your own menu.
Garda 100% offers the utmost expression of our modern local cuisine with all the seasonal water- and earth-related excellencies the Garda Lake area has to offer.
On the other hand, Orto expresses the great passion for the vegetable elements that have always characterized my cuisine. Almost all our raw materials are homegrown in our garden or of local origin.
Moreover, some of my classic dishes will be available as additions to or ‘detours’ from your chosen menu.
