COOKING
At Regio Patio you will find an original cuisine dedicated to the excellence of the Garda area and to vegetables, the result of years of research and great knowledge of the local raw material by Chef Andrea Costantini. A cuisine without ostentation, first and foremost good for the palate, which aims to enhance the best seasonal raw material, leaving plenty of room for play and fun.
ATMOSPHERE
Overlooking a lush internal garden, our room stands out for its large and bright windows, frescoes of lake views, ivy and lemon leaves: inside and outside blend together in an environment of warm elegance, welcoming and private. Antique furnishings, marble floors, compositions studied based on the seasonal blooms: the pleasure of the eyes blends with that of the palate. From spring to autumn, you can also choose the large loggia exposed to the sun, a stone's throw from the lake. The choice of glasses is refined, designed to best express the scents of each type of wine; the cutlery and silverware service is classic, of timeless elegance.
SERVICE
We believe that good service is an essential element to complete the gastronomic experience. Our dining room staff stands out for their professionalism, attention to form and detail. They will always accompany you in a discreet manner and guide you in the knowledge of dishes and preparations, in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. On some occasions we like to propose the composition or finishing of the dish in the dining room, as an elegant nod to tradition, capable of characterizing the convivial moment. Our Sommelier will guide you in classic or daring combinations among the many Italian and international labels, spirits and fine liqueurs.
WINES
Our wine list boasts more than 700 labels, carefully preserved in a temperature-controlled cellar. We want to excite you with authentic scents, capable of best accompanying the taste experience chosen on the menu. We favor labels from the territory and from all Italian wine-regions, personally researching and evaluating each individual wine. As with the cuisine, we want you to feel and dream of all the harmonious complexity of our country, the particularities of each region, the uniqueness of terroirs made of mountains, plains, hills and sea. A careful selection of French and international labels completes the wine list.
GARDEN
Less than a kilometer from the restaurant we directly grow a selection of vegetables and herbs that allow us to integrate and develop our vegetal proposal in the best way by personally selecting varieties and degree of ripeness of the products. In the same context there are over 300 olive trees that allow us to produce our extra virgin olive oil.
