OUR CUISINE We adore Italian cooking, the complexity of the raw materials and traditions that make it unique worldwide. At Regio Patio, we have decided to interpret it with a contemporary approach, freely using classical French techniques, spicy flavours, international allure and surprisingly original seasonal and local ingredients. We want to offer a sophisticated gastronomic experience, marked by strong flavours and taste sensations with an intimate and intense personality. We devote special attention to the excellences of Lake Garda, an expression of our identity and our traditions.

THE SETTING Looking over a lush internal garden, our dining room stands out for its large, bright windows, frescoes of lake views, and ivy and lemon leaves: indoors and outdoors merge into one warm, elegant environment, inviting and reserved. Antique furniture, marble flooring, seasonal flower arrangements add visual pleasures to those of the palate. From spring through to autumn, guests can dine under the large loggia bathed in sunlight, just a stone’s throw from the lake. The range of glassware has been chosen specifically to exalt the various bouquets of all kinds of wine; classic cutlery and silverware exude timeless elegance.

THE WINE CELLAR Our range of wines boasts over 200 labels, carefully stored in a controlled temperature environment. We want to thrill you with authentic aromas to complement the gourmet experience offered on the menu. We favour local and Italian wines, each one personally selected and evaluated to make you feel and dream of the harmonious whole that is our country, the distinctive characteristics of each region, the uniqueness of each terroir marked by mountains, plains, hills and sea. Our list is completed by a careful selection of French labels and Champagnes.

DESSERTS The passion for pâtisserie goes back many years, when Annalisa Tedeschi started out in the kitchens of Regina Adelaide. Over the years this passion grew, giving life to the small shop I Dolci della Regina, and today, helmed by chef pâtissier Giovanna Tommasi, it is an important and distinctive element of our restaurant. Creativity and flair gain expression in sophisticated desserts, prepared on the spot and ranging from classic flavours to unusual variations. Jams, pastries, homemade ice cream, custards and delicious sweet and savoury pastries are strictly handmade, using select fresh local ingredients.

OUR SERVICE We believe that good service is an essential part of the gastronomic experience. Our dining room staff stand out for their professionalism, attention to form and to detail. They are there to offer help when needed and to guide you through the range of dishes on the menu, in a relaxed, elegant atmosphere. Sometimes, we like to arrange or garnish the dish at the table, as an elegant nod to tradition and to enhance the convivial experience. Our Sommelier will advise you on classic or unusual wine matches from the over 200 Italian and international labels, including fine spirits and liqueurs.
